If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise with your receipt to any of our C.O. Bigelow shops. You will be eligible for the following options:
Refunds
No refunds, exchanges or merchandise credits shall be issued without an original sales receipt.
Within 30 days of original purchase
C.O. Bigelow gladly accepts returns of unused or unopened product for a full refund. Returns must be
accompanied by the original sales receipt and will be refunded in the form of the original payment.
Partially used or opened product, which is accompanied by an original sales receipt, will be issued a merchandise credit.
After 30 days of the original purchase
C.O. Bigelow will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for a return, which is accompanied by an original sales receipt, in the amount of the price listed on
the original sales receipt. Partially used or opened product, which is accompanied by an original sales receipt, will be issued a merchandise credit.
Return with a gift receipt
C.O. Bigelow will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise
credit for the price listed on the gift receipt.
No receipt
C.O. Bigelow requires an original sales receipt or gift receipt for a refund of any type, including credit/debit refunds,
cash/check refunds, and merchandise credit refunds.
Price adjustments
A one-time price adjustment will be honored within 7 days of the retail
purchase if accompanied by the original sales receipt.
